One address handles everything — support, privacy, refunds and grievances. Please start the subject with [QuietBox]: the same mailbox serves other AppskKuber apps, and the tag gets your message to the right queue.
The quickest way: in the App, tap Settings → Contact support. Your email app opens with the address, the subject and your App and Android version already filled in — and nothing from your vault.

Getting a faster answer
- Use Contact support in the App, or tell us your phone model, Android version and App version (Settings → About → Version).
- Describe what you did just before the problem, and what you expected to happen.
- For a refund issue, include the Google Play order number (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). It looks like
GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567.
- One issue per email. Three problems in one thread tend to leave two of them unanswered.
Never send us your PIN, your Recovery Code, or private photos. We will never ask for them, and they would not help: we have no copy of your vault and cannot open it.
Faster than emailing us
Forgot your PIN
On the PIN screen, tap “Forgot your PIN?” and enter your Recovery Code. See the Help page.
New phone or reinstall
Make a backup on the old phone, then tap “I already have a vault” on the new one. Step by step on the Help page.
Request a refund
First take your photos out (Settings → Help → Unhide everything). Within 48 hours of purchase you can usually request the refund yourself in the Play Store: Order history → the order → Request a refund. See Terms, Section 11.
What we cannot do by email
- Open, recover or reset your vault — it is encrypted with keys only you hold. If both your PIN and your Recovery Code are lost, the vault cannot be opened by anyone.
- Restore photos from a lost, broken or reset phone — we never had a copy. Only your own backup can bring them back.
- Issue a refund — Google Play is the seller and holds the money. We can look into the problem and support your request with Google.
- Remove photos from Google Photos or another cloud service — that is done in the service itself.
Languages
We answer in English and Hindi. Please write in either if you can. Messages in other languages are handled with machine translation, which may slow the reply and lose nuance.
